Why We Started
This site was born from burnout.
Our founder, overwhelmed by work, chronic fatigue, and sleepless nights, turned to Yoga Nidra during a dark season. After just two weeks of 20-minute daily practice, her sleep normalized, her nervous system calmed, and her brain fog lifted. That transformation planted the seed for a global offering—a website where others could learn the same practice without intimidation or cost barriers.

Meet the Founder
Our founder is a trauma-informed Yoga Nidra instructor trained in the Amrit method, with additional certification in Sleep Science Coaching and Vedic meditation. They’ve taught in both clinical and community settings and are passionate about merging scientific research with intuitive rest practices.
